I've found that working out before bed makes it worse. Everybody is different I guess. I think part of my problem is that me and my wife sit in bed to watch T.V.. The times i best had my sleeping under control was when I was only ever in the bed was for two reasons, sleeping and screwing.Xanax works for me but if u don't want to go the drug route, Do a real intense work-out everynite b4 bed. You'll be so exhausted that you'll just pass out.
But yeah, if a heavy Indica doesn't work, you gotta do what works for you.
