I mostly listen to the local traffic reports. If I want unbiased news, I come here because of the totally unbiased reporting available. jkI still think they're about as good as it gets in the mainstream news. None of them are perfect.
Anyways, the radio waves are littered with "conservative shock jock" types anymore. Some balance is nice.
Which radio news provider do you prefer?
Are you really that naive to believe they couldn't find one millionaire that made jobs? Really?"But after pressed by independent media outlets such as National Public Radio, Republicans in Congress and their wealthy allies could not produce a single millionaire job creator for NPR to interview. - Do you really expect me to believe that too. Well, maybe the millionaires know better than to talk to a biased outfit like NPR."
I notice you offer none up to confirm your theory or support your hypothesis. But go ahead. I'm sure you hobnob with many.
But, their trucks are unbeatable!Ford is gonna have to lay off people cause their cars suck.
Good riddance.
The facts were not in dispute. It was an opinion as to what was contrary to facts. You assuming I even had an opinion on the subject is mistaken. Your opinion of what I think about myself is a self-serving misrepresentation. If you express a falsehood as the truth because you want it to be true, you are biased.or is it, your so egotistical that there is no way any other opinion/assertion other than your own could be correct . . . .wow in print how high and mighty you think you are . . .
correlation is not causation . .. .them being wrong or you thinking them wrong does not mean they are biased . . its means they may have made a mistake
Because they spew what you want them to say. imhoNPR really never comes across as very bias whenever I listen to them. Pretty straight forward programming, imho.
We already covered that.Because they spew what you want them to say. imho
I do like Saturdays on NPR
Am I dreaming? lol. jpI'll agree that NPR, as a whole, is less biased than most news sources, but they still have individuals that show bias.
Boycott if you like.time to boycott some businesses.
The idea is that you boycott bad businesses, yeah that sucks, they gotta close down and those people get laid off.Boycott if you like.
Makes it easier for businesses to lay off more.
Bottom line
No. I try to be honest with myself. Deluding one's self doesn't benefit me. While I am a conservative, I can recognize Fox news to be full of bias. Hannity, for example, shouting questions at his guests, but not allowing them to answer those questions, is just a partisan hack. MSNBC is nothing more than a 24/7 advocate for the Democrat party. They suppress real news that is unfavorable to the party, such as Obama's multiple votes to allow live born children to suffer merciless deaths, or his nearly free multimillion home he got for a pittance from Rezko, or the deaths of our people in Benghazi, while expressing mere opinions, or even pure distortions, as verified facts when they are clearly misrepresentations of facts.Am I dreaming? lol. jp
this was close to something i mentioned way back on page 3, and has been ignored ever since. it's not surprising that everyone who is bitching about 'keeping' profits, does not have a solution to poverty and income disparityso we are damned if we do and damned if we dont . . . . . . . .
When you work on a project for 3 years and bring it to market without getting any compensation during those years then - Yes, I want and deserve those profits.this was close to something i mentioned way back on page 3, and has been ignored ever since. it's not surprising that everyone who is bitching about 'keeping' profits, does not have a solution to poverty and income disparity
Here's some research I went ahead to do for you; yes there are solutions, and no it's not class envy, it's a real problem that has helped lead to the WORLDS financial crisis today. When you work on a project for 3 years and bring it to market without getting any compensation during those years then - Yes, I want and deserve those profits.
btw there will never be a solution to poverty for some. My step-daughter is one of those.
Your comment on income disparity is nothing more than class envy.

That will not happen over here. The road tax structure is based on per gallon collections. Highly efficient cars will not get the governments approval here in the USA, too many states are dependent on the tax income. What else would explain cars in the 80's that got 50-60 MPG while only the most efficient hybrids can touch those numbers nearly 35 years later? If fuel efficiency was truly a large effort with government we should have vehicles getting 80-100 MPG by now.I know Ford should get those over here.
