you didn't hurt my feelings in the least bit pal. i know exactly what i'm talking about, as i've been shooting both in the military and as a civie since 1993. i never said bench and standing were supine or prone. i never said steel case and match grade were analogous. so with that said, you can chill the fuck out with your nonsense.

I went through the Homeland Security document you linked to. What I got out of it was they wanted more money to deal with the risks. Everything you read into it was your interpretation of the word "risk". To you risk is something to be feared and avoided. To a person who deals with risk every day in the course of their work, "risk" is something to acknowledge and take steps to reduce. That's all the document said. They never came out and said they couldn't deal with they risk. They said there are issues, this is what they are and they need to be addressed. Translation, more money.

If you have been to 3 gun it was to watch. I would guess that most AR triggers at a 3 gun would be 3 to 41/2lbs, never been to one myself, although at one time I did think of giving it a try.
You show how little you know saying that you DON'T EVEN USE A 1.5lb TRIGGER PULL FOR 3 GUN as if that's where a light trigger pull would be used, only someone who doesn't know shit about shooting would say such a thing. Most of my ARs use triggers that would be good for 3 gun ie single stage, crisp, short and fast reset between 3 and 4lbs. But I do have a AR 10 in .308 that shoots 1/2 moa that has a 1.5lb 2 stage trigger. Bench rifles may have triggers that down well less than a pound.

All match grade means is that the pack of rounds you decide to shoot with in any number of clusters. ( ie. Shoot 5 rounds ) -- That all 5 rounds will be equal in weight and powder amount.

It has nothing to do with steel case rounds. I can load 5 or 10 steel case rounds and have them be match rounds.

Bench or standing? What about supine and prone?

Step 1. Find 5 steel cases that weigh the same
Step 2. Find 5 bullets or boolits that weigh the same
Step 3. Find 5 primers that weigh the same
Step 4. Fill each steel case with exactly the same amount of powder after you've placed the primers
Step 5. Carefully place bullet or boolit into powder filled case at exact same depth and crimp.

Done. You now have 5 match grade steel case rounds.
