By the way Abe, where was your outrage at the tirade Bloody put up? Do you think it was accurate, reasonable, or rational? Apparently CPU sells information to get people arrested? They are snitches? They testified against patients at the judiciary (you watch the hearings? That what you saw?). Don't see a lot of defense or condemnation of this kind of hate speech. I point it out, and all of the sudden I am calling names? Just be even in your criticism.

I've defended you regarding Bloody one time, that helped you adjust here some. I'll choose when and whom I speak out for. No way in hell I'll point out every contradiction or exaggeration here, that's an impossibility. essentially mentioned that it may be in your best interest to not attempt to settle your score with JC here. looking at it all, you've faired rather well overall so far in my opinion. Maybe I should confront stumpjumper about his neg. vocal opinion too, or not. 'politics' are a bit different here thankfully.
Very few posers or Mother Teresas here.

I personally think your politics are relevant Bob. Seems you consider yourself somewhat of a leader-esque character in Michigan MMJ. Aren't you on an advisory board that determines what conditions qualify for a mmj card? What other areas have you participated in that may directly affect patients and caregivers? Specifically with the bills proposed? You can say it's none of my business, but what's the harm in asking. You're not just another grower/patient so ppl want to know how your opinions may vary from theirs.

My opinions are mine and stand on their own. They are backed up with information, which is presented with the opinion or expanded on as needed or requested. The names of the advisory panel are public, I am not on it. I am associated with some of those that are, and was asked to find some information. As for my political work, look at the hearings, I was there testifying on Mar 8th and read the articles I've written. My court cases are public records (batting 1000 for patients so far by the way). I don't discuss legal issues that are not public or finished.

I watched my friend wither up and die from pancreatic cancer because Joe Cain banned me from the forums when I was trying to get RSO for him, claiming I was trying to con people out of RSO by lying about it. I have a very good reason to hate that bastard. You know, the guy so caring for patients...

Thanks for clearing up the advisory board specifics. And I understand that you have "done some good work" Bob. perhaps even more than just 'some'. However, I do get the impression that you'd rather avoid a few of my questions. They'll be others with questions and there's plenty of time to cover the bases, so we can leave it alone. Everyone's on the radar here except the wallflowers (I think I will become one for a day or two).

Sounds like the un-perfect storm. Communication problems suck. Losing ppl we love sucks waay waay more. I won't say anymore about any of this today, but I think you may have misunderstood my earlier comment (see the ", or not" part). We all want our loved ones back! I know you a little and I know did the best you could.

I have remained quite as long as I can. Last week during the hearings CPU fessed up to helping build the Bills that we are now opposing. I couldn’t believe my ears as they provided the committee with language that would benefit their professional caregiver society, but would leave patients to go to jail if the Bills pass. They supported all the Bills with minor modifications. You may ask yourself why all these Bills only impact patients. That’s the easy part. They are all professional caregivers. You got to meet Dave Brogan last week(Bhayduk) out here. He told you all how great he was. He and the rest of CPU has been trying to get me arrested for several months. One of their member Restorium actually left because of this. In all my years, it’s always been this way. You don’t rat. These guys do in order to win debates. I wonder what they got to sell out all the patients. These guys lied for two year stating that they were defending the ACT. They are liars and they are thieves. They have stolen our rights. They have been trolling our sites for several weeks. I knew what was up. They were trying to defend themselves for their crimes in advance of outting themselves. Just wanted the record o be straight. I did my best not to mention it. They were at it even today. Enough is enough. Just look at Dave Brogan(is he really named after a boot), while I am speaking to the judicary. He is dumb enough to think that this is some sort of contest. Five or six people are on that site. They are alone. Now they go to other websites to try to destroy the efforts of others. By now this thread has been indexed. it is important that everyone know that they are rats. Conspiring to get others arrested. You have to stop this kind of insanity. I find it hard to believe that they would sacrifice patients to win some sort of imaginary game.

We have been recruiting patient for three or four weeks now to testify as well as submit written testimony. We have a call the judiciary scheduled for next week. We have never stopped working. Me, My wife and daughter are all disabled. CPU works with the MSP. What is family going to do when I am arrested. CPU laughs at the fact that I live in a modular home. They think it is funny that sick people are poor. My question to them is, what is my family going to do?
