Yes, me too. I have been drinking too much lately and it's time to take a break again.

Pics from yesterday:

Here is the QWISO a day later.
It came out of the pill bottle in a puck and had to broken up a bit. I may have to try that baking soda tip with the next batch.

Pyramid White Widow (PWW): 35 days veg
I may regret this later but I decided to CCOB all 4 stems and do some pruning. CCOB with 4 stems is going to require some aggressive and active pruning and training compared to the 2-stem versions I have flowering now but I really think it is the best way to control the canopy stretch and final height. My WoW is barely 18" at 4 weeks flowering.

Afghan Kush Special (AKS): 15 Days veg.
Almost ready for week 1 veg nutes.

NLxSK: 8 Days veg

Sugar Black Rose (SBR): 27 Days veg
I think I am going to top her again, by removing the top nodes and pruning the small bottom nodes, so she has 2 meristems instead of 4 like the white widow. I really think this dual-stem CCOB method of growing will be great once I find a rhythm for the training and pruning required.

'Kush': 12 Days 12/12

Pyramid Wembley (PW): 18 days 12/12

LSD: 1 day 12/12

Kannabia Special (KKS): 11 Days 12/12

Wonder Woman (WoW): 27 Days 12/12
I removed all the wire ties (except for the 2 on the main stems) around the top ring of the cage to open the canopy back up a bit. There are 10 - 12 main tops now.

Flower Box: Group Shot

WoW

PW

KKS

'Kush'

LSD

Veg Box

Il Diavolo Auto (IDA): 28 Days 18/6

PWW: 35 days veg

Plants look great man! How do you like the smart pots? I see you're using both those and the "Hobbes buckets".

I prefer the buckets for being able to shuffle them around easily. They are easier to pick up and move to the rain station. The last bucket I just dumped the rootball out of looked amazing, with absolutely no spiraling.

All of that being said, the smart pots are better for me and my pro mix I think. I am switching over to all smart pots. I am using #1 for veg, and #3 for flower. I am considering trying some #2 for veg and #5 for flower but I dont think I will be able to flower more than 5 plants max if I do.

They dry out faster in between rains/feeds and allow me to get 2 waterings per week most of the time in flower now using #3's. The pails would often go 5 or 6 days before they would dry thoroughly. As good as my rootball looked coming out of the 'air-pail' I am pretty sure the smart pots are more effective. I will just have to see if my grow shop can get some of the ones with handles to make it easier for spinning them under my lights and moving to my rain station.

I guess I will cross-post this from the LST thread:

I am trying to remove only bud sites below the canopy now when pruning. I remove them to thin down the total number of tops and then lollipop the lower bud sites (but not the leafs) from the stems I keep. It looks like 10 - 12 tops is what I am shooting for.

The Kush had 2 fan leafs removed yesterday with 2 bud sites and I now wish I would have left those fat fan leafs. Today I removed 2 more fan leafs from under the center canopy but only because it was the easiest way to remove the 2 immature bud sites next to them. I removed 18 - 20 other bud sites below the canopy today without touching the associated fan leafs. It looks like I will have about 9 tops on it.

This is what I removed yesterday. Neither of them were going to be able to catch up to the rest of the canopy because they were pointing down.

Here she is today before the pruning. This is my first attempt at modifying Hobbes' CCOB (Circle Crop Of Bud) method into a spiral technique. If it ends up working out I shall have to dub it the SCOB (Spiral Crop Of Bud). I am going to start planting them in the centers of my smart pots again for SCOB, instead of shifted to one side for CCOB.

And after the pruning.

The Magus Genetics: Motavation still has not germ'd so I moved it up to the Root Riot plug and dropped a TH Seeds: Kushage into the RO Water to germ, just in case.

Is this alive/dead?
I am gonna go browse my pics from today and see if any others turned out that were worth posting. BRB.

Ganja trade! Gotta love it.
I ended up with some Sour Diesel, Purple Haze, and Blue Dream. The diesel is what I got the most of and it is quite good. I just sampled the purple haze and it didn't taste great out of my pipe that I have been using for hash but it was very potent.

I also took some pics of the Wembley for another thread.

Pyramid: Wembley
48 days veg, 20 days 12/12

For some reason the Motavation seed never germ'd so I moved her up the root riot and threw a TH Kushage in to germ. That hasn't cracked yet either. I think I might try some tap water again next time for germing, instead of RO water, if neither of these pop. I culled the wembley clone, removed the T5 fixture from veg, and shifted the 400mh and 150hps to the left so I could raise them both higher. I had hoped the auto would not go above 18" but she is at 14" and climbing this morning. The 400mh can still be raised another 8 or 10" but the 150hps is maxed out.

Aw Im jealous, thats just like mine but yours is better. Way too clean though, time to put some green in there and top it off with your hash. Happy smoking

I christened it with 3 bong tokes in a row: sour diesel, purple haze, and then the first taste of the blue dream, and all I can say is 'wow'.

I am going to season it first with this diesel, before I try toppin a bowl with some of the hash. I opened the hash bottle today, for the first time in a couple days, and it looks like I should have learned about that baking soda trick sooner. It appears to be a hash-puck now. :weed:

Spiral Crop Of Bud: I think spiraling the stems in the same rotation, instead of towards each other like in Hobbes' method, will help to even out the canopy and spread out some of the bigger fan leaves which have become quite dense on the WoW's canopy now.

'Kush': 15 days 12/12; 41 Days Veg
It looks like I will have 8 or 9 nice tops total on this one. I think on my SBR, that is next up to be SCOB trained, I will try to put the bottom ring of the cage lower so I have to do less pruning. I don't want it so low that it becomes hard to water but I would like to try and grow some of the lower branches for tops instead of pruning them.

Here she is in the flower box, with her CCOB sisters, after the SCOB photo shoot.

And the 4-headed SCOB white widow that is going to be an absolute beast after another 8 or 9 days of veg before transitioning to flower. :hump:
