Look at the nutrient bottles, the numbers on the bottom represent Nitrgon, phosphorus, and potassium in that order.
Grow and micro you should be using at first, however General Hydronics own nutrient chart says to use a little bloom in the beginning.

I will be honest I never let mine go over 1100 ppm even now into my first week of flower. But I found the honey spot with my ladies and they love it.
Thats why you need a ppm meter, if you go over the ppm recommended then you will over feed and kill your girl.
So in summary use grow and micro first, micro actually has more nitro than the grow but you still need grow well not really but for a simple set up, if you have it use it, I did.
Click on the link to show you the recirculating feed schedule it will show you were your ppm should be, you should start with week one and work up. I would do 1/2 of what the schedule is telling you, allow your plants to adjust for a week and then go full.
Then daily check your water level, PH, and PPM.
