To calculate the heat given off by my lights I can estimate 3.413btu per watt, approximately 750BTUs the light will put off. Obviously I have more than plently CFM for the size of my box, so the CFM needs to be high enough to compensate to keep up with the rate in which the light produces heat.
That might have been more confusing, but anyway, I need more CFM, at 120cfm I will never get under 7degrees above ambient.
