Hello siccmade420-
I'm afraid that you may be wasting your time. You put those girls/boys (they are from seeds) into the ground way to early. I had an over abundance of clones last year and put 6 outside in March. They went straight into flower. I took all the buds (junk) and revegged the plant. They did O.K., but that is not the process to use. Build yourself a small greenhouse, and start your seeds over again. They will understand the days getting longer and longer and veg until July/Aug.
Check my journal out, i'm doing 2 harvests, one in spring and one in fall. I vegged my girls indoor during the winter, turned the lights March 1st to 12/12. Now that the weather is nice, mid to upper 70's, I bring the girls outside about 8:00am - 9:00am, and back inside at 5:00pm. That's 8-9 hours of mother natures sun, and 3-4 hours of PG&E's sun. I will do this for another week or so, depending on weather, then just leave them outside to finish up the last 4 weeks. If the weather turns shitty, I'll just bring them back inside. Low temps are my only concern, rain is no issue, they will be covered on those days. The clones/cuttings and their moms will go outside May 1st, the days will be long, and getting longer for a while. They will understand that they need to grow and get big that time of year.
Good luck with your grow-
