Business that will be open this summer, will need things like that to avoid having people come into a confined store. I figure demand for that kind of thing will be high soon and Buck can make a few bucks. A national emergency can be declared however and extraordinary powers invested in the federal government. This will happen with a democratic win in November and is the only way out, so far.
