It has never happened, it will never happen unless of course you DO want government interference into people's private lives alll you have is some nice white people going down to talk some sense into that woman every 6 months or so. As for your wishes...I got out there and made mine so a petty crime charge would be nothing but another bill I must pay and my children have skills ...one owns his own business and my daughter is a registered nurse...they feed themselves well...I at 48 am retried for 9 years...owned businesses, busted my ass and brain and sold them for profit and am lifelong comfortable by my OWN means...and none of us draw a penny from any government entity

I am caucasian and it could be a caucasian bitch saying and doing those things and still I would scream...hand grenade...and hopefully you would be there as well giving her other people's money
