It is about the same size exactly, but shorter for now. It is healthier and maturing slower, so I hope that means some serious increase over last harvest.

I guess I'll rest my case for mainlining, at least at the start. I think that first topping AND getting rid of everything else is all that matters. Once that initial "T" or "Y" is created I bet you could do whatever you wanted LST or HST wise.
It would be a great way to start a scrog after you get the manifold built just let it go wild.
I think my next planned grow (I don't count clones) I may try just 4 cola and see what happens. In my 3x3 closet I might be able to comfortably fit 3 in 3 gallon pots no matter how fat they get.
I've been running through ideas for that contest. I haven't grown different strains at the same time, but so far the GDP and the Skunk grow similar. I think tossing the Northern Lights in with them and running all 3 might be the ticket.

Here's a better perspective. I have enough room in the 3x3 closet for more plants, but I had issues last time and wanted to try having more room instead of crowding.

I don't know it it's the extra room that is helping, because I changed other stuff too, so next grow will be 2 or 3 plants using what I have learned and see if I can keep more than one plant relatively healthy until harvest. The main change was a better exhaust fan.

@Gollyboy I had multiple issues, but all my fault. Shortly after I saw pistils was Thanksgiving. I fed her right before I left town and she didn't like it. It was only 2 days, but when I saw it, flushed it, and salvaged it most of the fan leaves were half dead, and she was at the stage of flower that the only new leaves were going to be small bud-leaves. That was the only 'issue' that happened, but several other small problems came from that. I harvested 4oz off that plant though, so I was inspired rather than disappointed. Anything healthier than what I had last grow MUST produce better, so my goal has been healthy over anything else. Still seeing nute-burn, but not bad, and I could be harvesting in as little as 3 weeks.

On a non-clone it would be two sprouts on the same node, but same principle.
Now that it's cut there is room to move the hook up to a new space
Then I bend the plant with my fingers and hold it where I want it, and secure the hook. I don't pull it with the hook.

I am going to play in the dyna-gro contest, so I have to get seeds wet on the 15th of March. Planning on 1each GDP, Super Skunk, and Northern Lights, and fitting 3 3-gallon pots in the closet. This time I want to do all 3 the same, with a manifold, but quicker, so not waiting on "3rd nodes". I want to do a 4-cola to start, then if there is tome, top those 4 to get 8.
2nd option is to grow all 3, but just have the GDP and Skunk as contedstants, and try a whole grow start to finish in my tent. Do the NL at the same time but in a bigger pot, but shift it to the big room for longer veg.
The skunk will be harvested so the flower room isn't an issue, butt the clones that were transferring in there will be.
Thinking about tossing the GDP clone in the flower room now (free weed...) and seeing what happens. Wasn't planning on it anyway.
The skunk unfortunately should be popping shoots in about a week or two. But none may pop.
I am also wanting to run a SOG with a tent-full of Northern Lights clones since I only have one seed.
I have my new HLG135v2 and AC Infinity 6" fan showing up today so I will have 2 potential flower rooms with the power to make a decent harvest, but no extra carbon filter yet. Probably a month or two before I would need it.
What am I missing?
