If I were a deaf person and I first saw this video I would be thinking something happened here and the lady is explaining it the cops, as a call comes in one cop leaves while the other stays to chat with the lady. For about 2:30 mins, her body movements suggest an explanation a telling of a story, the cop is showing a posture of superiority and strength, arms in front feet shoulder width apart, a prepared stance. Then things change, he gestures toward the door, in compliance she follows his lead, only when she reaches for her jacket {from what I seen earlier in the footage, was hanging on the back of the door} does he react, that movement alone facilitated his aggressive response. I did not see any aggression prior to her reaching for the jacket.when I was in boot camp I was taught the body language counts for 80 percent of the way we communicate, fwiw,of course
This shit will keep you up at night. I couldn't even tell my husband about it because I was trying to block it from my mind. It was that terrible.COLUMBUS — The Ohio Parole Board on Wednesday rejected a plea for mercy by a condemned Ohio man who says he intended to rape his girlfriend’s 6-month-old daughter but not to kill her.
The board recommended unanimously that Gov. John Kasich allow the execution of Steven Smith to proceed next month.
The board said some arguments for sparing Smith, such as his turbulent childhood, were far outweighed by the nature of the crime.
“Smith took the life of an innocent 6-month-old infant while using the baby to sexually gratify himself,” the board said. “It is hard to fathom a crime more repulsive or reprehensible in character. It is clearly among the worst of the worst.”
The victim, Autumn Carter, died because Smith was too drunk to realize his assault was killing her, Smith’s attorneys argued in court filings with the Ohio Parole Board, which heard the case last week. And Ohio law is clear, they said: A death sentence requires an intent to kill the victim.
“The evidence suggests that Autumn’s death was a horrible accident,” Smith’s attorneys, Joseph Wilhelm and Tyson Fleming, said in a written argument prepared for the board.
They continued: “Despite the shocking nature of this crime, Steve’s death sentence should be commuted because genuine doubts exist whether he even committed a capital offense.”
Smith, 46, was never charged with rape, meaning the jury’s only choice was to convict or acquit him of aggravated murder, his attorneys say.
However, rape was included in the indictment against Smith as one of the factors making him eligible for the death penalty. Under Ohio law, an aggravated murder committed in the course of another crime — such as burglary, robbery, arson or the killing of a police officer or child — is an element that can make someone eligible for capital punishment.
The Richland County prosecutor said Smith continues to hide behind alcohol as an excuse and calls Smith’s actions “the purposeful murder of a helpless baby girl.”
I got a news story that really bothered me for 2 days straight.

hell these days it don't even fucking matter if you don't let them in. if they want you, they take you. i was standing at the door of my own home talking to a police officer one night and he ripped me out of the house by the neck trying to wrestle me to the floor.Damn.. that second video scares the shit out of me.
After seeing the first video about the woman and cop, I reminded my husband to NEVER let a cop into our house. Step outside to talk to them and don't let them in without a warrent.
this is the most repulsive thing i have ever read..i'm at loss for words. MojoRison is right though, if he doesn't get the death penalty officially he won't be around much longer after his sentencing.I got a news story that really bothered me for 2 days straight.

That just may be the case.....who knows? Hell....I Was once arrested for growing ,but the case was quickly tossed simply because they failed to read me my rights!Oh and they never read her the miranda rights.
But then they are suddenly "concerned" about her privacy rights when the owner of the house asks why the officers were in his house in the first place.
Since she was wearing leggings or yoga pants I would have went with this. They are required to Mirandize you after you are placed into custody, but before any questioning.
Willingly give up your rights & follow the herd if you like. What a dumb bitch...NEVER argue with a person who has a gun!!!!!!!!!! We have NO rights!!!! The Government is the one with the rights.
Willingly give up your rights & follow the herd if you like.
I'll stand up and fight for mine, thank you.
This just got me to thinking that their decision "not to" Mirandize may be a ploy by LEO (am I the last guy to finally figure this out ?) that if they word their statements properly then they are "not" interrogating and thus can use your words ?Actually they are no longer required to Mirandize at all....only thing now is if they do not then they can NOT use what you say against you...no longer will it free you if they do not read your rights to you
But to me it is pretty obvious that keeping your mouth shut with these assholes is the best thing to do always
not currently but yes a move to that goalThis just got me to thinking that their decision "not to" Mirandize may be a ploy by LEO (am I the last guy to finally figure this out ?) that if they word their statements properly then they are "not" interrogating and thus can use your words ?
Or am I just paranoid about this shit ?
