Your right this totally did piss me off! Who the fuck watches man vs food!!!!
Not sure of your age, but it's possible if you lived in the valley between 85-97. I never really wasted my time with petty possession stuff. It's not worth the paperwork. I tried to be fair on the dui stuff to, there was a bit when I let emotion dictate my attitude on that. Looking back I was wrong to do so.you must have been one of the guys that let me drive awayMy co-worker burnt down the neighborhood meth lab.The judge did not view it as a community service to say the least.
I saw in the link they said 1.75 lbs of weed was worth 212,000.Wow that is a little high isn't it? Why do they always do that?
You retired or???Not sure of your age, but it's possible if you lived in the valley between 85-97. I never really wasted my time with petty possession stuff. It's not worth the paperwork. As far as the number the troopers came up with, that includes the plants as well. The numbers are a bit skewed, because they use the 40$ a 1/8th which comes out to 5120$ a lb. Even though no one who is growing is getting that amount. 3200$ would be a more realistic number in my opinion.
I had enough and retired in 2003 after the FBI stoped us from going after a sex offender because they needed him to testify in a politically charged case. Two years later I even got my very own pot bust, got flipped some crap for it. Only bad part was losing my grim reaper plants since you can't get seeds anymore. You retired or???
I think they have always had the WE ARE BOSS mentality with some classes of society and the mindset of the public servant with the rest of society, the class of society that can afford a good Attorney. Unfortunately with the Drug War and the Economy more and more of us are falling into the category of WE ARE BOSSI won't argue that there has been bad cops for a long time, since the beginning there has. It's just how now law enforcement has really ignored the fact that you must act in good faith, or the system doesn't work. The perfect example was when judge Sedwick caught investigator Kyle Young blatantly lying, under oath. The man should of been fired on the spot, no question. What does AST do? They pay for a smell test theory by UAF to try to justify a crook with a badge theory about being able to smell pot, in a sealed room, from over 400 yards away.
Same with investigator William Welch, the man who claims he can smell it over a mile away. I don't buy any of that nonsense, how those guys keep their jobs I just don't understand.
