Maybe I am missing something, where were the lies? I thought it was a question of them supporting the Republican bills? It is emphatically not the opposition’s job to lie. Painting the Democrats as culpable in this instance is pure dishonesty.
In the implication that the Democrats are the obstructionists. That isn’t anyone’s duty.Maybe I am missing something, where were the lies? I thought it was a question of them supporting the Republican bills?
It is called politics. The opposition is obligated to cast down legislation that they do not feel is in the best interest of the country. In the implication that the Democrats are the obstructionists. That isn’t anyone’s duty.
I am sure you can find a handful of articles that prove your point, I could find a handful to prove mine also. As I said, they use a host of writers from different parts of the spectrum. Some I agree with, some not. I have not noticed some nefarious hand guiding the articles pushing propaganda.Mostly factual is partially full of shit. The hill has shown that the partial is very important piece being used by the same trolls pushing Russian propaganda just from the anti-Trump/gqp angle.
And it was me that has been calling out the hill for being what they are for years, and have to you a few times, and never said they are not that bad as far as I can remember, unless you are thinking of a partial sentence like 'the hill is not so bad as to be on the level of breitbart or something. I think they are a garbage website that is conning Americans by using well intentioned writers to camouflage the poison that they are inserting into the national information stream like you can clearly see in their YouTube page.
As for skipping over them, I generally go to the end and see it is the hill and move on, no offense to you at all, I just know we treaded that water before. I only posted on this because it was not you that posted it, and was a pretty interesting troll that they inserted into their post about the Democratic Party 'rarely' helping passing stuff. Which when looked through their 'both sides' trolling makes more sense.
We’re talking about the journalism. About thehill sneaking in pro-fascist hogwash. That should have been plain from my post #29335.It is called politics. The opposition is obligated to cast down legislation that they do not feel is in the best interest of the country.
No, I have said I take a look at the articles and if they do not smell right I pass them by. Some I stop reading a few lines in as the author is selling hogwash. But I have read articles from some lean far to the left, some in the middle, some to the right. Not sure how the management allows for the variety of viewpoints if they were pushing fascism. We’re talking about the journalism. About thehill sneaking in pro-fascist hogwash. As hanimmal has pointed out, thehill is sneaking propaganda into a matrix of largely unobjectionable journalism. It’s this camouflage that has me concerned, and your resistance to acknowledging it that has me a bit nonplussed.
To the bolded: that’s the sneaky part. Imo. A meal that is only 1% feces is still unsanitary. No, I have said I take a look at the articles and if they do not smell right I pass them by. Where does this make them fascists'?To the bolded: that’s the sneaky part. Imo. A meal that is only 1% feces is still unsanitary.
Here they are, openly pimping for a proven organ of the CCP. They do not mention that this is a de facto civilian surveillance/espionage tool and a platform for normalizing radical content.
That is not what I claimed.Where does this make them fascists'?
Sorry, what were you claiming they were? I googled tiktok and thehill.com. The first two pages. That is not what I claimed.
I wasn’t claiming they were anything. I don’t think I was communicating in an opaque manner, but perhaps I was.Sorry, what were you claiming they were? I googled tiktok and thehill.com. The first two pages.

Against the ban.
There were more going back in time but that should be enough.
And as I have shown with the tiktok examples I have given, The Hill gives time to writers from right and left leaning. How many articles are for one side or the other, I am not going to count up in 2020. I have nothing to say about the Hill's video content, I do not watch the daily reports that are in its web pages and have not watched their Youtube content.I decided to go fishing for the time I actually bothered to look closely at what they were pushing:
https://www.rollitup.org/t/the-great-reset.1039126/post-15974731
I know I could just look at it again and see how it has changed, but this is where they were in dec 2020 when they were pushing their trigger phrases like 'the Great Reset'.
Results of my bullshit Butina test back then:
And when I searched Papadoplous who kicked off the entire Russian probe when he was drunk in a bar spouting off about how Trump was getting dirt from the Russians on his political opponent:
You would think that a 'lefty' news company would for sure talk more about a Russian spy who was courting a whole lot of right wing politicians through the NRA and the idiot who verified Trump working Putin than they had.
I didn't notice it before, but the number of times those stories had been pushed is pretty telling too. Really gives a good idea of which stories are being pushed by trolls im guessing. I went back to go look but the 'shares' information is no longer on the search page. Which sucks because it would be a nice tool to see what is being spread in real time.
