Sorry man I respect you for your knowledge, but you are comparing apples to oranges on this one. SO i wonder why do you think it is ok for the illeagals to come into our country?

i wonder why you support one illegal action, but condemn another. again, do we get to pick and choose what laws we get to follow, or do we do what is right?

is it right to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family?

perhaps if you had worked alongside some of the people i have, you might understand why i think THEY are not hurting anyone. in fact, they are supporting their families, local economies, paying taxes, all while being exploited.

would i want to see a reasonable guest worker program so they could do what is right AND not be exploited?

NO Uncle Buck has not been affected directly by what goes on and probably has not dealt with Illegals and what they are capable of.I grew up In Southern California very close to the Mexican/American border and have experience with Illegals first hand.So Yes Uncle Buck Maybe I am a tad prejudice but with good reason.I have been stolen from,had my vehicles and home vandalized and have been threatened and have had physical confrontations with these people and I dont put up with it.I have worked hard for what I own,vehicles,House(yes I do own a house) And I take pride in having a nice place for my kids but when these people compromise that because they have no place to go because their country is a shithole it gets a little old.Go live or visit In L.A. or San Diego or Sacramento or Fricken Iowa(yeah they are there too) and be directly affected by them and tell me how you feel afterwords otherwise your words and views mean SHIT ! They will steal from you they will hurt you physically for a few bucks and its not right and they do it in nice neighborhoods.This is a serious issue because of what has happened to me as being affected of those kind of people.Im not totally prejudice I give the same respect that is given to me no matter what color you are.However I am TOTALLY Prejudice against stupidity.

Do you know of any way to reinstate your rights? I read that hypotheticly it can be done by some special request....but that one has never been granted.
The part about illegals being illegal is B.S. I can tell you for a fact you will get in more trouble for stealing DVD's from target than you will if your caught driving a van with hidden mexicans across the border. so its not very illegal and once their here their just chilling...border patrol doesn't go to home depots and construction sights to check I.D.'s and deport illegals

I have spent plenty of time working in the "field" with them both in Texas and in Tn. Not all are good hearted people just trying to take care of their families. Yes there are some and maybe most are that way. But what gives them the right to take the easy way out when millions have done it the right way? Plus yes i do take offence when i loose a job to an illeagal that shouldnt be here in the first place. Why shouldnt he/she be here? Because it is not their country. So you have no problems with what the illeagals are doing to our nations forest? Yeah you state the Texas research thing....Sorry it is biased. Just like any statics are. It can be a 10% increase, or 90 % failure. Have you looked at the amount of illeagals serving time in our prisons for rape, murder, theft, that sort of thing. How much has that cost us the tax paying citizens? FYI we all choose the laws we will and will not obey. It is called free choice. Throw away my stuff......sorry that is an apples to oranges thing again. I enjoy debate, but can we keep it on topic? ;)

i have lived in az, even had my car stolen. they found it a few days later at a known meth house. they burnt out the clutch in just under 36 hours, those assholes.

make sure your prejudice is not against the illegals, but rather anyone who commits crime.

crime is not unique to illegal immigrants, you know.

again, asserting something does not make it so. please articulate WHY the comptroller for the state of texas has a bias, or where his methodology was wrong. you have yet to do any of that. i doubt you have ever seen the report, yet you still call it biased.

Well sir All the crime that has been committed to me or my belongings or family have been by Illegals or by the mexican people so yes I am a tad prejudice.I have lived in Arizona Also (Lake Havasu City) and have thought about moving back But im not sure going South will be good for me personally.The biggest reason I moved my family North was to get away from the crime and trouble that was caused by being so close to the border.Its really bad in California.My personal experiences have made my thought process negative with most of those people not all because they arent all that way,Ive raced a few years in Baja and there are decent folks.But when they are put in whatever situation they dont care who they hurt or what the damage and this is a problem,And it is taking a Toll on a few States and the Born Citizens who live here.Im not saying wipe them out theyre useless Im saying do something about it so that it makes it that much harder from them to just skip over here and take advantage and leave us as taxpayers with the bill and the theft and so on....

I lost my rights and was incarcerated for stealing. and another time I was caught with a van full of mexicans and held about 2 hours and released without charges-I am personally grateful that they didn't make it a big deal but as an American I am disapointed they did not shoot me. I am upset our borders are not enforced and this was post 9/11 so don't tell me it has changed. I no longer steal and wouldn't bring in any more mexicans and I feel like I should have my rights. Now I am forced to live around and compeat with illegals and I am not able to retain any means of self defence.
