I'll have those same issues when my HPS is running, I'm vegging with a lot of clean air around the Bloom will be done in a sealed environment, that's when the heat issues will arise for me.
Hopefully I've read and planned enough to get it right.
I just got to work out a design to fix my light so that I cam adjust height etc. I have a vague idea but you know whats its like, if you rush something you later think, "why didn't I just do this" I'll tell you why too. Because you had a fuk-off bowl of weed and thought it was a great idea at the time. hahaha.

Man I have redone everything in my grow like twice at least... I do it, think about it, decide there is a better way and do it again! I think you and ob will be fine with well thought out exhaust and fresh air.. enclosed should make it easier to control. on a budget it can become a bit of a challenge though

lol spidey is happy to provide, he told me so.. I check your journal daily, usaly just dont have anything to offer that ob hasn't already covered! Watching though I cant wait to see your bud!

No I'm not bothering this time trying to keep it simple, I did give Eden a snip so I will be watching it with interest but none of the others. I'm waiting for some cuttings from someone if I don't grt them soon I might try to take some off mine.

I am still not happy about these leaves that are curling, I don't think they are hurting the plant too much but, there are one or two more plants with it now, mostly it's just a leaf here and there.
How come I can't find any pictures of this problem in any of the Plant Problem sites? I am wondering if it's possible for the humidity to be affecting them, I don't have a meter to test it. Could it be that the air is too dry?

Absolute max probably 88 but that was for no more than an hour, very rarely over 80 and that is around the leaf canopy where it is hottest. The bottom of the plant and the pots etc probably average 76/78f.

Have you seen any pics of this before, I am sure I did once but now I can;t find where it was.

Hey what up Barking, I'm not a soil guy but the curling looks like heat stress or lack of proper air circulation. What types of fans are you using? The blotchiness I'm not sure about, did you check the undersides of the leafs with a scope to make sure you have no bugs?

I have had to change my plans a bit, but am still making progress. I am hoping to take a few cuttings tomorrow, and see if I can get some clones going. There's still every chance they will be male but like OB Cron Kenobi said, the practice will come in handy. I have got some rock-wool cubes but they are 3 inch (bit too big). can I still use them for clones.

Here's some pics of my new temp vegging room. I have used a cooker hood for extraction, I just need to add some ducting, it's a 3 speed fan which is fairly powerfull when up full. Possibly overkill (lucky me :-))

Aint it just? I really hope it's gonna be a girl. I think Charlie might be male, he is growing sideways like he's trying to grope one of the others. Well, I'm knackered now, time to light one up and crack open a beer. :joint:

your temps are good man, so I would have say its not heat stress... What kind of air circulation do you have going? I have 4 fans in my room 5 including my exhaust..

I have 1 9inch desk fan oscillating across the plants, and a window open.

On another subject, check this out isn't that a female pre-flower and can it still grow balls? It's Genie too. the best plant of the lot. I'm not whooping with joy yet.

congrads on the girl!!!!! It can herm one of mine did. but right now it is all girl!!! jmt I think ya could use a lil more airmovment in there..
