I appreciate your replyi think they shot him at 15-30 feet or so. not sure.
if four eyewitnesses say he put his hands up, an easy detail to remember, why would you think that it is not true?
15-30 feet is not that far away at all. That is 5-10 yards. I go shooting at an indoor range on a regular basis and the 7 yard line is pretty close.
I'm wondering at what point did he raise his hands, and to what degree, and for what purpose. Raising your arms at the last second after messing with a cop doesn't mean you are a victim. One witness said his arms were out to the side, not up. Also raising one's arms is an instinctive defensive motion when you are being injured.
