15-30 feet is not that far away at all. That is 5-10 yards. I go shooting at an indoor range on a regular basis and the 7 yard line is pretty close.

I'm wondering at what point did he raise his hands, and to what degree, and for what purpose. Raising your arms at the last second after messing with a cop doesn't mean you are a victim. One witness said his arms were out to the side, not up. Also raising one's arms is an instinctive defensive motion when you are being injured.

One of the gunshot that hit Michael Brown in an arm did so in such a way that it would have been impossible for his arm to be up in the air at the time. Now, given moving bodies and trajectories he may already have been falling at the time but again, there is now eye witness testimony corroborating the cop saying that Michael Brown was charging at the time the cop shot him dead.

Have you been paying attention?

He was shot in the hand when he was struggling with the cop in the car.

Then he was shot 4 times in the head and arms when he was charging the cop.

There are a million things it could be and quite a few less what likely happened. Add eyewitness testimony and forensic evidence and this cop walks. Although the liberal left and the black community will make sure his and his familiy's life is ruined regardless. They want vengeance not justice.

You telling me he got shot in the car and instead of running from someone continuing to shoot at him he decided to charge the man with the gun and get shot more times? He got out of the car, waited for the cop to get out of the car then proceeded to want to wrestle a man with a gun who has already proven his intent to use it?

Jurors have also seen the St. Louis County autopsy report, including toxicology test results for Brown that show he had tetrahydrocannabinol, the active ingredient in marijuana, in his system. The Post’s sources said the levels in Brown’s body may have been high enough to trigger hallucinations.
