I actually know several people involved in this exact position at the moment. If you work hard and show a little pride, it's pretty easy to move up in the ranks within your first few months. The Mc D's down the street from me is bringing in new hires at $10.50 an hour. No experience necessary.
I know, through first hand knowledge, that your statement is false.
That about sums it up.

I'm not going to defend this any further past this post because I'm obviously just wasting my breath, and I have no reason to prove anything to you douche nozzles.

Keep in mind I never said I had no experience, I've worked in the service industry for almost 10 years. I've worked my way up in the company I'm currently with in 2 years. I work 50 hours a week for that pay.

In addition, there is a massive difference between a fast food gm and a fast casual gm. We prep everything fresh every morning for 4 hours. I could rainbow cut your nose off with a bread knife before you could ask what a rainbow cut is. I have skills past hitting the bong and turning up a grill.

I am a general manager, but I work side by side on the line with all of my employees to ensure nothing but a perfect meal is served from the first customer to the last. Therefore, I still consider myself a "burger flipper" even though I do much more than just flip burgers.

Don't be mad because you have a worthless degree and a shitload of debt you'll never pay off.

@Uncle Buck I've invited you in to my home (and you bitched out for fear that your tongue could catch up to you). I live less than an hour from you, I have no reason to lie on rollitup.

I'd still meet your sour old ass for a beer/coffee if you wanted, but I doubt you'll crawl out of your 8th wife's ass for that.

50k isn't really that much money. I can see a strong willed person working themselves up to something like that in two years. It's not as if it would be an impossible task.

Depends on where you live. In liberal states that do the tax and spend drills such as California, Massachusetts, Conn. etc, with lots of government employees screwing their people while creating their own little fiefdoms, it isn't much. Here in Texas in most cities you can live pretty comfortably. Like I said, folks move to Austin without a house and job. Within 2 weeks they have both. It's not how much you make, it's how you spend it. For example, I live in a very fine community, in the country. My TOTAL property tax is $1.539 per $100 evaluation plus I have a Homestead Exemption, no state income tax, low electricity rates, very low car and home insurance rates. Those are liabilities that matter.

Debt - it'll kill ya.

RIU losers and you know who I mean, have worked their way down. They are bottom feeders.

Speaking of bottom feeders. What in the hell would you stand to gain hosting such a slob like Buck? Are you nuts wasting good beer and your precious time?

Speaking of fun, I just met a new friend and his wife. Nice people, fun, and very gracious sharing their home and brewskies. Ever seen one of those unbelievable multi million dollar homes in magazines? They worked and are still working their ass off re-doing a large house - 60 acres, outdoor kitchens/patios so many walk in showers and other rooms I lost count. The gourmet kitchen of black walnut, tile, marble, granite, island, gas range, etc. dwarfs my 400 s.f. home theater! He retired at age 45 from petro chemical industry.

THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT. ;)

You quoted half of a Wikipedia page that you didn't even read. If you had, you would have known it didn't support your position.
You already conceded the argument in that thread. Remember "Technically you are right" Remember when you said that? That means you = lose.

Stop crying about it, jesus H christ, What a baby you are.

two years? first few months? which is it?

You start "moving up the ranks within the first few months. By the time you hit 2 years you could be up to 50K".

I don't understand why you would have such a difficult time understanding that. Or why you would find it impossible to do.

Don't believe it. It matters not to me. :)

Sorry, we can't be friends, I don't respect you. Be less dumb.

I love your wiki meltdown. BEST one ever.
