Any stupid stipulations on how many flowering etc?
How does the patient get the meds from dg as a gift? Sold at cost?
Partial delivery of crops as needed just to not go over 150g
I don't have the vision to read it all today.
Seems like there has been Lots of misinformation on this thread from the start to end.
Im part of the original Mmar and plan to goto the acmpr.
The formula for growing indoor plants has always been very simple. Daily limit x 4.9
or daily x 4.9 - 1
Roughly gives you plant count
A person under the acmpr can produce for himself as a personal license and for another person as a dg.
Or a person can be a dg for two people in total.
Now with plant limits Health canada has taken into fact that most people growing there crops arent growers and maybe growing small indoor plants to meet there monthly limits. Say you had 2 grams= 10 plants all autos five get pm or mites as average joe might lose it all. Then start over time.
Anyhow the dg grows the med patients limits and gives it to him monthly or sends to them.
Now i commented in a similar thread earlier, those under the injuction will be able to come onto the acmpr to change addresses and produce oil. Its as if you are grandfathered and on the acmpr.
Before the Nay blowers come on here and talk of the top of there heads, i was on the phone with health canada today drilling them with questions as to the mmar and coming onto the acmpr and the injunction stands (for future).. It seem dual for mmar. Now mmpr coming to acmpr get to grow.
It's rather simple the paper work
