Hey I used Caligreens organic soil recipe:
1 bag ffof
8 quarts compost
6 quarts worm casting
6 quarts perlite
1 1/4 cup organic rose & flower
1/2 cup Azomite
1/2 cup oyster shell
How long have they been in this mix?
Maybe for next time consider more aeration?
Would seem that recipe really is only a rough guide. You're still dependent on the source of your own organic material. In particular your compost. Composts vary a lot. Worm casting do too, especially when homemade. They both can be heavy if not a lot brown material went in there.
To myself that mix would seem it holds a lot of water. Not necessarily bad, but easy to water too often. But it's just a guess in all honesty.
Also your organic rose and flower food...is it slow release pellets? Looks a little like rabbit feed?
If it is, don't estimate just how strong that stuff is. It's more hassle than they're worth in my opinion. One i can recall using was an application of 200g / m2. Probably about a cup, and took 4-6 weeks to break down.
Watering often will break it down faster.
I'm leaning towards adding more perlite next time. Even some extra drainage too.
But leave the rose and flower right out of the mix. (there are tons of better amendments imo)
If need be it'd be so much easier to scatter a few pellets on your top soil during early flower. And would make it more difficult to overdo it.
