Well the reason us "chaps" make a big deal about it is because most of us "chaps" actually smoke for the right reasons(medically). So while we are suffering from chemo, anxiety, turrets or whatever the case may be some stupid fucking female is just getting high and having a good time. Thats the reason ppl are murdered and you cannot trust anyone. Because ppl are SELFISH IGNORANT assholes. Your are a sorry piece of life.

First, I dont like a snitch any more than you do. But seriously, is it NEVER ok for someone to call the cops? Cause I grew up and still live in the hood and as far as im concerned the people who have no business calling the cops are the ones who also live an illegal lifestyle. I believe any honest, hard working citizen has totally got the right to call the police. Otherwise why do we pay taxes if we cant even call security when we need it?
