I grow in a similar sized wardrobe, I use a 400 watt MH/HPS with an a/c air cooled fan. I know that a 600 watt would be too hot for my cab so it's safe to assume that it will be too hot for your space as well.

I would recommend a High Yield Super Nova http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-SuperNova-Reflector.asp . It's the one I use, excellent light coverage due to the sloped front and it's air cooled with one of the flanges on top which makes it easier to fit in a small space.

Better to have to much cfm than too little, I'd run it with the 4inch 140 cfm fan, and during flower if you can smell it outside the tent get yourself a fan motor speed controller and you can lower your fan cfm's that way.
