The color spectrum for that light is 2100k, you need a veg light to be 6500k and flower light at 2700k, you need the correct light spectrum bulbs not just any mh/hps bulb . So that light is not good for growing and that website doesn't sell the type of bulbs you need.

You're going to have a 25 gallon res?

I run a 400 watt hps/mh and my lights on temps this grow have been between 78-83. During fall, winter and spring grows temps are lower, like 72-78.

Make a fresh batch of nutes every week or after you have added back the equivalent to a whole reservoir, which ever comes first. Your add back should just be your base nutes w/o additives, at least this is how I do it.

No that will not work, you need an inline fan or centrifugal fan. A booster fan isn't a stand alone fan, it's job is to boost the air flow of a larger fan down a length of ducting.

I too have vortex fans (2 x 4 inch and 180 cfm each), and I like them much better than my HTG one, more cfm's and less noisey.

It's a process, I know because my set up didn't work right at first either. But learn from my, and others, mistakes and experience and in the end you'll have something that works well and that you can be proud of.

You're probably right esoteric, I had that impression from reading the threads and there's a lucas formula website as well that's just plastered with GH stuff. And I never said it doesn't work, but I still think it's a lazy way to grow mediocre plants. But I'm a perfectionist so :weed:
