Flushing will get rid of most of the salt build, salt build up is from all your nutes your adding. Depends on your area for tap water, but there shouldn't be hardly any salt in tap.

Foxfarm nutes are decent, I'm currently using Botanicare with good results. Just find good nute base A and B and go from there. I recommend to have some super thrive on hand to add to your mix (1 drop per gallon).

I would give a light veg nute, they say FF ocean forest as enough nutes for 3-4 weeks. I had 2 DJ Shorts and they really stretched on me. I also used FF nutes with good results.

I wouldnt use M.G. anymore, it has a time release when you water. Meaning only when you water your plants get the needed nutes. I swear by FoxFarm's Ocean Forest or Happy Frog. The Ocean forest has nutes for 3-4 weeks in it, as for the Happy frog, that has more of a beneficials with a real light...

I would wait on the 12/12 unless its an Autoflower Strain. Otherwise wait for atleast 4-6 weeks in veg, you will happier when its finished.

you need to start a light nute now, and maybe get some better soil after it grows some. I use Foxfarm Ocean Forest, and you dont have to add any nutes for 3-4 weeks. It has your wormcastings and bat guano, etc. I also use Superthrive for my B-1, works really well at 1 drop a gallon.

I heard differently on the Lady Bugs, they will eat spider mites. I had great results with using both Lady Bugs and Azamax, just not at the same time. Lady Bugs first for a few days, then i sprayed mine with Azamax. Spray every 7-10 days for full control on the problem.

You wanna let the soil dry out more before you water again. Rule of thumb is go my the weight of the pot, when you pick it up you will know it needs water. I would also bring the light closer, and yes get some mylar on those walls, your wasting alot of good light.

I would duct both of them together in the middle, then on the one end will be your exhast out. Then have a fan in the first one with a carbon filter.

Air flow is very important, you should have atleast one oscillating fan. you want it where its just blowing the plants around a little.
