    Redding of Pistils

If she's getting too tall, you could tie her down, do some LST. Search it on the forum - lots of good threads to help with that.

Which "BIG BUD" nute is best?

Yeah just took a look, they were yellowing pretty fast on you looks like. You'll lose some of those leaves anyway, but don't panic. As long as the yellowing stops progressing, and the new fan leaves aren't yellowing also, you should be good. Other than that, they look good!

when do the buds plump the most

Yep, perfect sense. Finish out the lower buds, if you can.

Which "BIG BUD" nute is best?

Never ever "drop the N" in flower. You need those leaves. Contrary to popular belief, it isn't "normal" for all the leaves to yellow and die during flower, unless the plant is being starved of nitrogen. I'm growing TrainWreck also, right now. I don't use expensive nutes for them - just Jack's...

    Redding of Pistils

I second that. It's normal, btw, for the pistils to begin changing color roughly half way through flower.

when do the buds plump the most

I wouldn't do that. Most of that advice will turn your plant hermie before anything else. Most of what was described (extra trichomes, more flowers) happens all on it's own, near the end. Keep them on 12/12, don't starve them, don't start damaging them. Personally, I don't even flush. You aren't...

first grow - how are they looking

They would flower better for you, with more light. Here's a pic of mine when they were at 26 days into flower, for comparison. I grow in soil.

How to grow weed in a window?

You'll have more problems than it's worth, I think, growing in a window. Like someone else suggested, wait and plant outside. And no - you absolutely do not water your plants with applejuice.
