Not enough. You need a minimum of 3000 lumens per square foot, 5000 lumens per square foot recommended. Yes you need air inside it, as well as the fan. The food you have will do for flowering, but not for veg. Don't give your plant any food at all until it's at least three weeks old.

If you have regular seeds and not feminized, I would do all three - otherwise you may end up wasting time growing out a male.

I think that would be a bad idea, as molassas at one TBSP per gallon of water, will lower your PH by .2 - .4 - so adding it every day would drop your PH to very acidic levels in a short time.

Anyway. People put it in darkness for a few days prior to cutting, because it's thought to increase trichomes. Since light destroys the trichs, it's believed that a couple days in the dark will allow them to build up before harvesting.:peace:

They look great! Considering where you got the seeds, I would keep a sharp eye throughout flowering for any bananas that might pop up.

I agree with everyone else, leave your leaves alone. For your other question - if you stick an immature plant in to flower, it will still keep veggin until it is mature. You can rush her into flower the second she is mature - but you can't force her to mature, before she's ready.;-)
