im confident that those pictures indicate a hermie. dont be afraid to take one of those "pods" as seen clearly in picture 7 and open them up. since its premature, the seed will probably still be white. none the less i believe you can still make canna-butter.

i dont know about flowering time but as for seeds, just wait it out and the seeds will fall out on their own or even a little shake will drop your seeds.
