Yes it is very good water to use. Its basically like distilled or RO water you might need a little calcium supplement thou because your normal water usually supplies that but this water will have very little to none in it.

I love my t5 its a 4 ft 4 bulb one and its great. Do you have have a link to that victor thread I tried to look it up via search here but it keeps telling me invalid user specified... I would love to see a thread where someone is flowering under them.
