I hear ya. I don't know if it has to do with weather affecting ambient humidity or what, but I've had different results with seemingly the same methods... it's a mystery. How did SLH yield for you? I'm discontinuing it because it was a little too light for me.

Nice macros. Do you notice a significant difference using those kessils? They're so small, I have a hard time believing they do anything worth while. But, I've never tried them or seen a grow using them, so I can't really judge.

I love colorful buds! I've grown some Bubba Kush under LED and it gets pretty purply too. Nice job with these.

I disagree. Lumens are a good measure of intensity but not spectral quality. @OP: 250 watts of quality intensity and spectrum should do you well. If you get the right light you can flip right in the same tent.

I run SLH 9.9 weeks. I've had this problem once, and I think it was due to over-drying. The internal humidity of the bud can drop too quickly, which causes the over drying. Too bad, because properly cured SLH smells like heaven.

My best advice is make sure you have a quality spectrum, a solid footprint, and good penetration. What you can do to help with penetration is to not crowd the plants (check out my harvest post above, I got some great results with giving the girls a little more room to grow). I would stay away...

I've heard microwaving (the right amount) can help speed up decarboxylation of the THC.

The results are in! Disclaimer: I gave my girls some space this time by only growing 10 plants in the space I usually grow 20. They definitely responded very well, but my plant count was cut in half therefore my total yield for this harvest was “half” of what it normally is...
