Have you grown with any reputable LEDs? Have you looked at some of the LED grow journals on this website? Me thinks not, or else you would be singing a different tune.

Can you tell us anything more specific about the spectrum and diodes? 1w 3w or 5w chips? Wattage? One way to find out is to just try it, but cheap chinese lights with limited spectrums are the reason a lot of people think you can't flower under LED.
