well the temp in the room is about 32. I know thats slighly too hot anyway, but the soil feels a lot hotter than that. Will taking the plastic off help that much with heat??

quick question. Seeds have been in a glass of water in the dark for 12 hours, then taken out and put in wet tissue and covered with a plate for about another 12 hours. Checked on them this morning and most of them have a root started. Just wondering how long the root needs to be before potting...
