Guys I have so many of these around the outside of my smart pot and on top of soil. I do not see any on the plant itself yet. What are these?!?!?!?!

I've grown in fabric pots several times. I have never gotten what is on the sides before.

When I spray h202 it fizzes and dicintergrates away so I think that means it's cobwebs mold right?

I Its not salt build up since I literally just transplanted.

Thanks for the response. I never ever let it sit in runoff so that is not it. It was just transplanted so it's not salt build up either.
