The ones that float usually are bad. All the ones I have done this way lately have been 98% they other 2% were just bad seeds. I'll usually do it with extra bagseeds just to practice. Why throw them out when you can practice getting it down?

Get some good 2 part or 3 part nutes, whatever fits your budget. Or even the organics, which tend to cost more.

soak em in water for 18-24 but not longer, it activates the seeds, then put them in the medium of your choice. happy growing!

Check online, most stores even in your area will have some sort of lighting special. So google "your town" hydroponics. Find out whats in the area and specials. Most stores have sales 3-5 times a year. April 20th, July 4th, Labor Day, end of year. Not exactly those dates but something like that...

kilowatts cost the same, it total watts. Now some may be more efficient, brighter, cooler running, and so on, a watt cost they same where ever it ends up, light fan, tv, so on.

sure can. flowering is just an important time for the plant and requires lotsa light to be able to use the large amounts of nutes to make big fat juicy buds.
