    Confused as hell

FYI any plant that is left to flower too long will try to self pollinate itself, or at least try to throw 'nanners' to do so. The plant looks really small and premature, but all the pistils look like they are receeding into the bud-usually a sign the plant is reaching it's end of...

    Confused as hell

Well if there are no seeds then it's female and it just needs to bulk up and fill out

    Confused as hell

Short, long....yes. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news : / That is why the quality of bud with seeds isn't on par with 'sensimila' or 'seedless' bud. Once the female plant is pollinated it starts putting all it's energy into making seeds. ALL IS NOT LOST, though. The product will be...

First outdoor Guerilla Run - Super Soil/Near Water Source

I also should of said I went the drive an hour, super remote, lugging 50lbs bags of soil for miles, lugging equipment for miles, digging 2x2 foot holes for each plant, visiting once a week to water/feed and feed route and it's an extreme amount of work considering a plant outdoors can easily...

First outdoor Guerilla Run - Super Soil/Near Water Source

I shoulda put "people aren't gonna like this but..." at the begging of that post, but there aren't really any remote location near me so instead of remote I go for nearly impossible access.

    Are these male preflowers?

It's a dude, i'm not sure what other people are looking at that say it's female. The bottom pic looks just like the pic above, just smaller IMHO.

SOS I don't know if it can recover

Oh, and sometimes chicken wire is just the way to go.

SOS I don't know if it can recover

I've heard blood meal and other organics can actually attrack certain pests, although you would think blood meal might have the same effect. Hydro shop guys are just like you and me, lol. They know what they've heard and what works for them and the sell it as gospel. Just today I wanted to...

2 weeks old seedlings recover after nute burn, but still need more advice

I don't think that's nute burn, I think you were right that they are hungry. If your in a starting mix with no nutes added I believe them to be hungry. I'm gonna get slammed for saying that, but in coco or rockwool I need to start feeding as soon as they are on their single blade leaf, exactly...

    Confused as hell

It's budding now, lol. If it has seeds in it though it won't bud anymore. Once a plant is pollinated it puts all it's energy into seed production. Probably why it's 90 days old and so airy. If it wasn't pollinated you would have much much denser buds.

    Confused as hell

It self polinated itself or a local outdoor crop somewhere did. Either way, it's a female. It doesn't look like a hermie, otherwise it would have obvious male all over the place-a hermie has both male and female plants. ANY plant will do this if you let it grow long enough or if you stress...

First outdoor Guerilla Run - Super Soil/Near Water Source

I've been doing grows outside for a while. I pick a spot that is right off a trail, but with no trails to it if that makes sense. I literally have to endure sticker bushes and thick cover to get to some of my spots, but they are oh so close to things they shouldn't be. I plant in a bunch of...

SOS I don't know if it can recover

It can still probably recover, but you obviously have some type of pest doing damage. Probably a rabbit, gopher, rat, or other 'digging' type rodent. Could also be a deer, they love to chew new growth/tips. I would put chicken wire around your ladies if possible. Human hair, dog hair, dog...

Feed seedlings from day 1 in coco?

Whoops, the cubes are called root riot cubes and along with a tray, 7" dome, and heat mat they are one of the best tools any grower who plants seeds or takes clones can have. You should never germinate seeds outside of a medium, it wastes time. Put seed in moist root riot cube(Plain water is...

Feed seedlings from day 1 in coco?

Do yourself a favor and buy these things if you want to keep everything super simple(it will also produce just as good, if not better, then ANY of the super expensive nutes-and I've used them all) For coco using RO water: Start seeds that have sprouted with 100ppm cal/mag and 50-100ppm grow...

Feed seedlings from day 1 in coco?

If your using ro you absolutely need cal/mag.

Feed seedlings from day 1 in coco?

You don't need a coco specific nutrient(big waste of money/snake oil), and you should feed from day one.

What's the best Lowes has to offer?

Lowes carries pro-mix that is what you should use. It's a peat-based medium that growers have used forever. It even has lime in it to help buffer ph. You can ammend it with a bunch of stuff, or you could use it straight out of the bag and just feed your plants yourself_which gives you much...

Feed seedlings from day 1 in coco?

If you never used RO before there is a learning curve. First, you absolutely need to supplement with calmag, approx 200ppm (make sure you mix the calmag into your ro water FIRST) from day one till harvest. Since coco is inert, I usually wait until the seedling breaks ground before I give it...
