I have to start my pka over.

I germinate and veg with Blackstar LEDs but I've used CFLs before too. I have a small veg closet where heat is an issue so the LED helps with heat. CFLs do put of quite a bit of heat. I haven't used FFOF but I've heard good things about it. I've also used the drops for PHing and they worked...

I need help diagnosing this issue

I get that from time to time during late veg and I've never figured it out.

what is wrong with this Blueberry?

Well, if my wife's ass still looked that good, I'd be happy with or without the tattoo.

One last question.. Buds getting to tall for tent

This the advice I got and followed and it worked great: "squeeze the stem between your thumb and two fingers until it snaps, then using your thumb roll the stem over your fingers to the desired position" There's no way the plant is recovering that quickly if you actually hear the snap.

One last question.. Buds getting to tall for tent

So you twisted the stem and bent it over and it's still too tall? I don't understand. As I learned here, you can really be rough and the cola will survive.

    Coco Growers Unite!

That's the annoying part. At least for me, you really can't just shake out the root ball. I have to break it up into pieces and kind of bang them around and rub them together between my hands to separate the coco out. The roots are fully permeating the entire mass so it doesn't just shake out...

    Coco Growers Unite!

I have 3g and 5g smart pots and I have to agree. I don't see any benefit (other than watering less frequently) to the 5g pots even though my plants get up to 4.5 ft.

Yeah, just use it again and again.

what is wrong with this Blueberry?

Glad your plant recovered, but no one would have guessed you had your water temps in the 50s. You have a rez chiller without a thermostat?

To Reveg or not to Reveg...

Funny, the one that succeeded was black pearl. It grew really tall and thin in veg. The other BP female looked perfect in veg. Come harvest time, the really tall and thin lady was the bomb: giant, dense colas -- super easy to trim. The other one produced well, but was much more bushy and had...

To Reveg or not to Reveg...

Unfortunately, the other two didn't make it. The one that did make it (different strain) is putting out lots of new growth now. The other two had started to rot. Maybe I kept them too wet. Even though I didn't get the one of the two I really wanted the most, it was a good learning experience.

To Reveg or not to Reveg...

Well, here are my three reveg attempts 3 weeks after harvest. One finally started putting out some new growth. The other two have totally brown foliage but the stems are still flexible. Unfortunately, the two that didn't make it are the two I really needed - superior blueberry genetics for...

    Cheap bug sprays?

You need to identify the bugs before you buy anything to treat them, IMO.

    Coco Growers Unite!

Why not just put them in coco to start with? Also, is 4 days really soon enough to tell if there's a problem? I take it you pulled them out and examined them? I just looked at the pic and it looks like you were impatient and overwatering.

    Coco Growers Unite!

The guy that originally asked the question was hand watering and on his first grow. Hence my advice. I agree though, I was definitely snarky (but not hostile) :) I think I had just come from another thread where two guys that had never grown in coco were giving a guy with problems in coco...

    Coco Growers Unite!

You can't really premix the organic nutes (max 1 day) I'm using or I would consider a drip system of some sort (mainly for when I was gone for more than a day or two). I like to check in once a day anyway so watering once a day is not a big deal.

    Coco Growers Unite!

I got roughly 2.5 to 3 oz off my plants last grow. They were in 3g and 5g pots. I saw no appreciable difference in the yields of the 3g versus 5g plants. The plants ranged from 3 to 4.5 feet tall. I put the shorter ones on blocks to level the canopy. The two grows before this last harvest...

    Coco Growers Unite!

I've got some plants that I just moved to 1g pots and into my main room. I plan to go to 5g pots once the roots fill in. I also have 3g pots. My last grow yielded well so I'm willing to conduct an experiment. I'll leave one plant in the 1g pot, put another one in a 3g pot, and move the rest...

    Coco Growers Unite!

Where did I post a question about how often to water? I answered someone else asking how often to water using a technique that I know works. You the responded with your "rule" that the container should only be big enough that you have to water once a day. I disagreed and still disagree with that.

    Coco Growers Unite!

Show me where I told people they are wrong? I disagreed with the "rule" that your container size should require you to water once a day. You don't even seem to agree with that based on what you are doing so I'm not sure why I'm taking so much heat for disagreeing with that "rule." If you guys...
