Yeah That much soil should make for some fairly large plants, debating on what to do with them though. Leaning towards Scrog, but what do you all think? Scrog, LST, Fim or top, or just let em go on their own?

Sounds like a plan gonna fill the tub, and scrog, with that much root space to grow should be interesting to see what I get. Will add another 400w hps soon as I can find a better way to control temps in there.

well lets just do a vote, who would like to seem them planted in a bathtub full of a bunch of soil or see them grow in pots around 3gal probably?

Thats what I was thinking but other people have said it will cause root rot and kill the other plants, and the plants with "fight" each other for food and root space eventually killing most or all but one plant... I unno I think it would work out fine but dunno if Im willing to risk my plants to...

True, I will just either go to slightly bigger pots until I weed out the males, or wait till my females show then transplant them to bigger pots, add another 400w hps and let the games begin! lol

So got a question for ya all, I plant to line the tub with a tarp and fill the entire thing will soil then replant them all in it, should lead to some monster plants with that much soil and room for root growth. Problem is I would like to do it sooner than later because of them maxing out...

Yeah for real, I agree you can get better results out there especially with a soil less or hydro setup, but for doing a low maintenance cheap soil grow I cant complain one bit with the new MG moisture control. I could prob get by without ever adding any extra nutes also but I do just to try and...
