Alright let me start by saying welcome, your setup should be fine but make sure that your soil is indeed "good". Invest in a PH meter to make sure that the water you are giving them is around the correct PH (6.5-7 i believe). And most importantly DONT use that aqua globe, it may constantly water...

How far are your lights away from your seedlings?

CFL's are ok for begginers i suppose. They are cheap enough to run a couple with little increase to your energy bil, and of course they altogether just cheap bulbs that CAN produce decent bud (mid-high). Although you will need to run a lot of CFL's for very good dense frosty buds.

you should post a pic. There are many variables that go into the plants hight such as genetics and lighting, It sounds like you might need better lighting and possibly a bigger pot.

It looks nice, should of spent the money that you bought the LED light with on some cfls (I made the same mistake).

bulbs should be more towards the red spectrum and the light schedule needs to be switched to 12/12

I'd say wait for about 1-2 weeks till you put them under MH, then again you could change lights anytime you want. an easy light test is to lower your lights and put your hand right above the plant ( without touching it, like 2cm) and lower the lights till your hand gets a little to warm...

Im guessing you want more of a cerebral buzz type high? look around and you'll find it (google it). I honestly don't know why you wouldn't want a couch-lock high while being paranoid. I remember smoking some mids and 20 minutes later i couldn't get off my couch which was a problem cause the damn...

if possible bring the air temp up to around 75 and your water temp is fine, are you using nutes if so how much?

Dont worry about, after about 5-7 days of no sign of life should you be worried ;) You're doing better than me, atleast for my first grow. The first time i tried to germinate 4 seeds ($40 worth) they all died on me, i ordered more seeds with the last of my money and i tried again and thankfully...

What are the temps in your grow area?
