Shenzhen umol Tech is another good company to deal with (at least in my experience). Just as good as a Gavita 1700 or the HLG lights I've seen.

It's hard to say without actually seeing it. Generally it's either bigger plants or more plants until the grow space is maxed out.

I've under lit a mother plant before. It did make for healthier/bigger/more cloning material in the under growth. Can't say what the results will be with under lighting a flowering plant, but I'd guess it would work.

That depends on the size of the pot and the plant. On the extreme end, if you had a 2 foot tall plant in a 10 gallon pot, you'd water maybe weekly. OTOH if you had a 5 ft tall tree in a 2 gallon pot, you'd have to water 2-3 time a day. With experience you get know your pot size to plant size...

I've switched from fabric to plastic and I can't say that I noticed a difference. That is a lot of pots to clean whether they're plastic or fabric. I think your idea of a cheap dedicated washing machine sounds like a winner to me.

I don't think the Ona "Fresh Linen" scent smells like urinal cake. However, I do think Ona can be really over powering. Fresh (Phat if they're still around) and Can and Can-lite are all good filters. Ozone is really effective if venting into the great outdoors. Don't vent ozone indoors...
