12/12 is not recommended for Auto's generally.. either use 16/8, 18/6, 24/0, or 22/2 anything over 16 hours of light basically.. Check the breeders website it should have a recommended photoperiod for the strain

That should be okay if you are keeping them all in there from seed until harvest.. just make sure you have enough airstones & keep the res topped up regulary

Ideally you want at least a 10L bucket/res.. those roots get big & very quickly even in veg.. 6 inches is okay for the first few weeks but you will need to upgrade to a much bigger bucket or res.. If you plan on transplanting I would have them in separate buckets to start with.. coz those roots...

hehe.. yeah they sure do look tasty my man!.. I use ONA 'Fresh Linen' gel for odour control (ebay for about 12 quid) and I just use a ruck fan to suck all the stinky air outside (no carbon filter) BUT.. I may use one for the next grow coz my inline ruck turns off when the light goes out & that...

It will quicken up the evaporation of Chlorine by adding a airstone.. it will also add oxygen to the water which the plants love.. if you didn't have a airstone it would go stagnant after a while in a hot/humid environment.. I always have a airstone in my res.. always.

They (CFL's) contain Mercury which reacts with gas in the tube when a electric current is passed through.. they also require less electricity to start the chemical reaction as opposed to burning a thin piece of wire contantly in a candescent bulb.. that's my understanding of the difference anyway
