I water about twice a week in 5 gal. Checking weight is the best way to see. Dry pots u can easily tell if they need water by picking em up.I give mine about 1.5 to 2 gal each time. I like to let the pots dry out a bit each time

If your using cfls put them as close to the plants as u can without burning them. U need all the light u can get
