    Duelling flood tables

They are only adding heat while running. So yes while running they will add heat. But it will go back to near ambient fairly quickly

    Duelling flood tables

Two pumps cheapest and easiest. Measure the time it takes to flood and drain completely and have two different timers. Say the time is 15minutes. And you want to flood every 6 hours have one pump start at 12:00PM 6:00PM etc... And the other at 12:20PM 6:20PM etc. Thought this thread was going...

Needing Some Insight on 1st Grow

Those were made for a 4x4 tent. The outside edges of the cpvc are 22" apart and meant to run side by side. The height is only 16" so they don't accommodate too large of plants.

    4K sealed room design

Hes trying to cool 4kw. 3410btuhr per 1kw of lights at a minimum 1 ton he's undersized. The 400 sq. ft. a ton is for common households. Not grow rooms.

    4K sealed room design

Go with an 18k heat pump. (3.41 btu/hr per 1w...4000x3.41=13,640btu/hr which is a little more than a ton which is 12k and you want slightly oversized so it's not running constantly) Look for ones with low ambient operation. Daikin makes a killer one if money isn't an issue. Operates down to -22F...

Needing Some Insight on 1st Grow

DWC is not hard if you can afford a pH meter, an EC meter and if ambient temps are hot a means to chill the water and a way to oxygenate water. I first learned on DWC and the curve was longer than a soil grower, but I feel the yields and veg time are so much quicker than soil. It's not even...

Needing Some Insight on 1st Grow

https://www.rollitup.org/t/dwc-scrog-diy.909759/ This is a scrog net I designed for 5 gal buckets but can be used with any lid system. This makes res changes a breeze. Just lift the lid, pop it on a spare 5 gal bucket and empty, clean (if you're into that), refill, fertigate, pH and then pop...

4 plants in 1 bucket concept. Will it work?

Here is my clone to 2 week totes I use 27gal HDX totes from Home Depot and use a 4" hole saw and wide lip 4" netpots. cZ hydroponics on Amazon sells them.

4 plants in 1 bucket concept. Will it work?

My clones in aero when I transfer them I spiral the roots on the bottom and filled hydroton in while I spiral up. Roots explode from the sides of the roots. Similar to scrogging or LST on branches. And in the winter they are so white and crisp. Nothing better than seeing a nice white bunch of...

4 plants in 1 bucket concept. Will it work?

Cold water and plenty of O2 makes good roots. I find the splashing from the bubbles creates nice fuzzy roots in a 5 gal. All my tote systems aren't sealed as well as a 5 gal gets and less humidity I think is why I don't get fuzzy roots in totes. I mean they do get fuzzy but not as much as my...

4 plants in 1 bucket concept. Will it work?

I have a similar setup and 3 autos same strain and 2 are 36 inches and the other is 12 lol. Once the other two started growing I had to move my light up and the smaller one just lagged behind cause the inverse square law. Roots tangling arent that big of an issue. Just force them apart with...

Anyone have an idea what this is?

I decided on letting my thrip friends live. Bomb the room after the grow and treat my veg so nothing carries over. I won't feel comfortable smoking sprayed bud since there's no testing on combusting spinosad. Sure it's plant safe for eating, but smoking and eating are two different things. I'd...

So what did you use before you got the spinosad to control thrips? Currently week 4 of flower and I'm hestitant on spraying

Anyone have an idea what this is?

Man my grows are always clean and this is the first time I've had issues with bugs. Not too happy about it. I also don't want to spray my plants but feel I'm without other options. If it was week 6 I'd let it be. Harvest. Dry in same room and put up strips. Then clean the room down thoroughly...

Anyone have an idea what this is?

I'm gonna put the next batch on hold for a week so I can clean the room. Spray the next batch in veg with spinosad as a preventative and hopefully be rid of these.

Anyone have an idea what this is?

Well I don't WANT to use the spinosad. I just don't want it to spread to my veg room. I'd just let them do their thing as I don't care about a reduction in yield and they won't kill my crop. I hear they are vectors for disease though. Like tobacco mosaic virus. And no I don't have the spinosad...
