Yup.. it's a light issue. Best bet in Vegas. Get one or two 6500k CFL within 2 inches of them. Maybe tie her over and make her reach back up to the light until you get it grooving. The 6500k cfls really keep a plant short with tight internodes and veggie..

We sometimes do things because we can physically see the results.. and we like that. Other than that, I have found just planting the damn things in soil to be pretty well 100 percent effective. No need to reinvent the wheel much here.. Plant seed in soil, 2nd oldest trick in the book.

Oh.. and there isn't a lot you can do about it this time.. except introduce a bit of nitrogen back into the system over time. But NEXT TIME.. you and anyone reading this.. please feel free to continue using full strength veg foods until way after initial stretch on the onset of flowering.

Contrary to much popular opinion, plants need a lot of nitrogen going into and all the way through stretch... or raher, one of the most common mistakes is people quit feeding N as a primary way too early. If this is you, think about, and fix this. It's important, always has been, always will...

It's not real efficient though.. If it were me at this stage, because I like to save money, bulbs, resources, not battle heat, and simply because it is a very healing spectrum for sick plants and seedlings, 1 CFL (6500k) for another week, then maybe two of them for at LEAST a week after that...
