I think it will be of 'most' concern, in the last 2 tp 3 weeks of maturity when you have to consider the flowers will be well developed and compacting leaving them suspect for possible rot and such type problems. On the flip side, the plant will be well versed in dealing with such changes...

I back off on the light the last few weeks in order to reduce heat/humidity potential and keep the buds from getting so dense as that they rot by default before they ever get a chance to mature (regardless of ventilation, you get super dense buds at the end you start to worry). That's just me...
