advanced nutes

Not trying to sound like a dick I respect your argument but I'm no chemist. I have just figured out the puzzle that is advanced nutrients and am comfortable running them. I in no way am saying one is better than the other. I run subs supersoil for the organic liking patients I have it also reaps great results.

Its def not on the back of the bottle AN's bottles are very vague lol. I do feel AN is confusing to the first time user as well. A simple phone call to AN will clear all that up. They are huge marketing fans. They made a cal mag bottle just because people asked for it. Then because they make the bottle people think they need it in their regiment. The line is simple once you know the bottles and what they are for. Although it is a lot to mix, especially when you have an injured back.

this still going on my nutes are better than your nutes sorry but 10 pages of silliness grow up ADVANCE NUTRIENTS work well for me i am sorry doesnt work well for you guys move on an read the nute pages u use instead clogging up this one.

ill post few pics again to prove i have no leave deficiencies this with only AN products no other products have been used! i getting great yields, an i am sure id get great yields using other products which i have in the past (Canna) an if i used other products i prob do well with them to.

if its true of course that really bad, in UK this coming out more an more to atm, am not interested in his personal life if am honest with you just as much as i aint interested in anyone else other than my own.

will that make me change nutes....... i dont think so when have time an space to check other nute line i will, u dont fix it unless its broke ;)

Its the opposite here...I have a total of 22 growers in my community, 7 are old soil guys and the rest are hydro. 12 are now using AN, 5 of which were using other products. Only one of the remaining is still testing DG. When you have 23 growers and can compare actual side by side from different growers and in a matter of a year you have compiled so much data. What we found out...they all are very similar and its your growing practices that really come into play with these, over the counter nutrients. You get better results using dyna...good for you, that doesn't mean its better or worse it just means that dyna is your preference. Our studies actually show less deficiencies and an increase(on average of 23 growers) of about 15% across the board using AN. Our costs to produce are relatively the same with all of the products we test, but after learning how to use AN there is a cost savings to be had. JAS
 
Am from UK for 1L of Bud Candy is £49.95 if buy it from spain it is €25.00 so i really cant work out how its expensive UK prob one worst places to live for taxes but u look around on the net you can find it cheap enough ;)

I'm not saying AN sucks or AN grows poor plants... I'm saying it appears to lack a complete analysis AND is not a simple to use formula for a first time AN user. (Even an AN master had to start with that first use...)
These two things go hand and hand. Also, I wonder if keeping growers in the dark about AN contents is a tactic used to increase profits..

in your opinion which we all have, I come from canna where it was 557 ml of base A&B then 178Ml of one additive an 453ml of an other an so on.

with AN its 800ml of base an half that for all additive how hard is that to work out! my 3 year old child could work with AN in MY opinion ;) each to there own an i hope your happy growing with your style

Would you mind giving a brief rundown of what/how you use AN?

It's a topic that comes up enough on RIU that I have to jump in and try it out. I pledged to last year then never carried through with it..

I agree with what many of you say... All of these nutrients, in the hands of a capable grower (not trying to fail), can show good results..

probably true bruv! I have every last product they make in my garden (free from work) and don't use half of it as I see no need for it. I do use it from time to time just to see if I can get different or better results but I stick to a pretty easy regimen.

This is a five gallon pot that I harvested yesterday. I only used carboload big bud overdrive and b52. Sensi a/b for base

When I leave town.. no matter what nute im currently playing with... whoever watches the garden for me gets left with a bottle of DG 7-9-5..
I leave him/her a 1oz cup, DG, Down, and 15gal totes for mixing...
.. fill the tote with water, dump 1 oz of DG, 1 oz of my diluted down... it doesn't get easier than that.
(Coco, drain to waste, irrigation manifold connected to a pump... drop the pump in the tote... little to no run off) (15gal feeds each 3x9 table, 600 hps, 12 plants in 5 gal grow bags)

But I hear you. using AN isn't rocket science. If you ever DO have to leave your 3 old to tend the garden though... I recommend a temporary use of DG... you can always switch back and it really is as simple as it gets.

The GH 3 part, Botanicare's Pure Blend, DG's Bloom, Grow & Foliage Pro (all run separately and sometimes together), and H&G's Aqua Flakes. That's what I've used and none of them blow through a gallon of food per grow in a 20 gallon res. I asked if you'd tried other plant foods because I can't name one that's less concentrated than your dose of 20-24mls/gal.
