As much as you might not wana hear this, maybe cut down the weed till only after workouts, or better yet only on the weekends.
This will help your modivation factor a shitload, atleast for me it does
But to make gains you gotta be determined. Finish those last 2 reps, even if you have to cheat on form, just get them done. Just think, itll be over within seconds. When your muscles are burning and aching, keep on pushing, thats whats gona get you the nice body.
Also dont just lift, be active to. Run, basketball, tennis, ANYTHING. just get out there. When you wake up in the morning you feel 200 times better when your in shape
i swear i feel something like that growing on my inner upper leg but it does not push on the skin you have to rubb it to feel it - i have been plainning on going to a doctor to find out what it is it kind of feel like a lump but under my skin, my moms has lupus so i am kind of scared

I'm with ya bro, I just resently started to get my head right and get out and get active, I'm buying a weight training system that's like a bow flex but hangs from any door and only costs $250 instead of k's......It's that thing that Randy Coultor (how ever you spell it) uses. Pretty exicted. I used to work out all the time, but now in the last 5 years I do sweet fuck all and my belly sure shows it. I too get unmotivated after smoking. Just makes me lazy as hell. Gotta get outta that cycle and do what you were saying, use weed as a reward.

I know a girl that wanted to lose the weight after having a kid so she did the trash bag thing and it really worked good.She just jogged with it on.Id check to see if it could cause any health problems first though just to make sure.do anyone use these
personally i've use trash bag
i think trashbags are cleaner
use'em and toss'em
and may even be cheaper
70 bags (must be the 30gal bags that are not rounded at the bottom) for like $12
the cheapest Sauna suit i can find ran $15 but then you have to clean and hang these things after each work out and they dont clean well or easy and often holds odor and they dont hold up well in a wash and dry
