i take creatine ethyl ester. the ethyl ester is the best form to take. Forget p90x and protein shakes and shit. Here is why. I did all that for a while and I was not half as big as I am now working one muscle group a day, four excercises at the 8 rep style for heay gains.
I am looking at my chest today and it is bulging afer yesterday.
But the p90x is awesome for stamina.
I am having more fun at the gym tho. I get it all cleaned up after me and shit and it is all ready.
I did use to love home workouts more.
I have a dumbell bench and the golds gym dumbells set that has changable weights from 10 - 50.
My dvd player sucks tho and my living room is a pain for the workouts. I guess that is important. Set up a room in your home like a gym, like I used to and it is cake. My house now is kinda full of grow tents!
But the gym is next door lol.
And the chicks at the gym are an awesome motivator.
Get this. I was checking this chicks body out and then I looked at her face. It was the 19 year old daughter of this 39 year old I am currently sleeping with on occasion.
Lol. wups.
Man, I am also eating egg whites instead of protein shakes and a giant giant chicken burrito from the mexican food store for lunch every day.
I also bike to work too. It is a good regime for anyone. Plus women love green things. hehe.
I had bulk of powder for p90 x but it was not enough heavy wights to get the cones I got now lol.
Dont forget the legs. That is the key to being a good runner. And dont read any of those books that advise one minute sprints and two minute jogs. I blew my knees out and they still hurt.
Also ask the gym dude to hel you on machines. If done right they are awesome. If done wrong they do noithing.
Free weights are best.
