Guns cannot load, cock , aim and fire themselves no matter what.
Use some common sense.
Accidental FIRINGS happen. ALWAYS an outside source that causes the firing, not the gun.

Yes, someone does need to load the gun, I will give you that. But not necessarily "cock" it. You obviously don't know enough about guns to know this, but many guns, including LEO guns, come as DA/SA no safety, and the trigger can be pulled without being "cocked" to fire.
I am glad that you do concede that sometimes a weapon is discharged accidentally. You are one step moving towards the right direction. I will leave it to you to research that guns, without the trigger being pulled by human interaction have discharged and resulted in human casualty.

Negligent discharges happen. Those not familiar with the proper handling of firearms often call these "accidental discharges".
A loaded gun laying on a table only fires on its own in the wet dreams of gun grabbers.

I am glad you concede that a gun cannot shoot itself and something has to pull the trigger or drop the hammer, the gun itself cannot do that.
