If you KNOW 100% FOR SURE that it was him, rid the earth of his presence. People who will look you in the eye and pretend to be your friend, and then rip you off behind your back can go fuck themselves.
But it really sounds like there is no way to know for sure. I also think it is possible that he showed off your grow to his brother, and his brother took it. It sounds like they did it, but unless you know for sure, revenge is not a good option. It could have been some random person, and your buddy wouldn't deserve the blame in that case.
Start over next year, use a deer camera, and keep it quiet. You obviously have to pick a new spot. Try spreading out to several smaller sites, so if one is jacked, you don't lose your whole year.

Dude. If there was no concept of right or wrong we would be an even more horribly chaotic planet of pure anarchy. I agree that what he did was very dick, but doing the same thing back to him is pointless and will just lead to more problems down the road. Let karma take its toll IMO.

good advice.. i sought revenge last year on some one who stole weed from me. All that led to was an arrest on my part, didnt get my shit back(obviously) and most of all i didnt feel any better after whooping him it. just resurfaced a bunch of old bullshit that wouldve stayed where it was if i decided to leave it there. Just bc we are more level headed beings that can see past the immediate situation, and can see carrying it on will do no good, doesnt mean our moms were "up our ass growing up". sure, our moms were up our asses, and atidd's dad beat him as a child, making him an angry individual, eager to seek revenge at any moment.

I have never had to retaliate in my entire life. It sounds like the plants were growing with good intentions. Somebody took something that you nurtured and aided growing. They are going to have problems my friend. Karma is real. Do nothing. Say nothing. Business as usual. I guarantee that whoever took them is laughing at your pain right now. Don't show the pain. It's hard to do and is easier said than done. Don't speak at awkward silences let them. Just absorb info as it comes to you but don't act on anything.
I'm not a religious person but I do believe that there is a balance in nature. Sounds mushy but it's worked for me. Let them anticipate your retaliation. This will bother them and affect their day to day lives more than yours. It's a hard thing to do, but lesson learned huh?

This year in our area the biggest snafu was that a place my friend was doing out door on suddenly had the property owner telling him most of the crop would goto him and his daughter who was registered at the site. My friend acted compliant for a couple a days and then in middle of the day went there crossed a creek and jumped the fence and cut every single plant down and while the owner was bleeting about wether he was still gonna git any he flipped him off and left.

If you can confirm it was him or his brother 100% then just sit back and wait let shit slide for months .. get him next year and don't get caught.
