Senate Report: Hillary's State Dept Could Have Been Prevented Benghazi Attack

I think I would almost rather talk about everyone being a racist and who is deleting threads and why, then talk about Unclebuck's pay stub.

What's worse is that Finthere is only doing it to avoid talking about is fictitious million dollar business.

Says the guy who says he owns a pinball machine on the dark side of the moon. Prove it or sit down and hush up.
You told us all that the burden of proof isn't on the person making the claim. You stated that the burden is on the person who denies the claim. The burden would then be on you to prove my assertion false.

Now, you'll have to excuse me, I'm going to go play some Addams Family.

No. Just no. A simple 30 seconds google look up proves you wrong. Seriously Finthere. I can't tell if you are trolling. If you are, my hat goes off to you.

Great, then it won't be hard for you to post three or four links if it's that common, I'll be waiting

It totally depends. It can range from anywhere between 15% to 24% (sometimes less). If one were able to deduct a lot, beyond standard deductions, they would be able to lower their effective tax rate to 15%, sometimes even less. But if an individual didn't care very much, filled out a 1040 EZ, used standard deductions, etc, it is not unreasonable to consider they are paying a 22% effective tax rate. Though I think it is unlikely, it is very POSSIBLE.

You fail, nuff said.

Correct. You can either take UB's word for it, or you can prove to me that you have a pinball machine on the dark side of the moon. You can't have both. So which is it?

Oh no, you don't get to make such a foolish statement and then try to spin it to suit your argument.

You tell me who the burden of proof lies on and we'll take it from there.

The burden of proof lies in the accuser. You, figuratively, have accused UB of lying. Prove that he is.

You argue that the burden of proof is on the person who states their fact. And led with an example of your pinball machine on the moon. To prove a point, I agreed with you, and believed that you in fact owned a pinball machine on the moon, because I could not prove otherwise. Well, I can, but I just don't care enough.

So, in typical Republican fashion, you do as you say but not as you do.

So which is it? Is the burden on the person making the claim or the person who tries to call them out?

Looks like the little counterfeit see4 scurried off.

Ha no. I was interrupted by an employee with a question.

So to answer your comment, it does indeed look like someone making $28,000 should not pay anything more than 15%, effective or otherwise. I stand corrected, but would like to look into it further.

Besides, you're wrong on both.

The bolded should read..."Either UB has to prove his tax rate(UB made the assertion) or see4 has to prove kelly4 doesn't have pinball machines on the moon(you are arguing my assertion).

Either way, neither has been done. Good day...

One who earns $28,000 a year has roughly $500 a month deducted from there pay. That is about average. That is roughly 22%. If one were to take standard deductions and not take anything else, would probably get back $1,000 or so in refund. That would put them at around 20% effective tax.

This is real world scenario. Can you show me this is not the case at all?

props

Was going to say no, just no on the effective rate, but you got there.

Since withholdings can be changed on a check by check basis, showing 1 pay stub proves absolutely nothing.

Showing 1,000 paystubs would also mean nothing, since it all gets taken care of when filing your year end taxes.

Showing a pay stub to prove your yearly tax rate is asinine.

You talk in circles. Very good troll attempt, but no.

I will simplify this for you. Break it down into small bites so that you can chew on a little bit at a time.

1. UB claims X.
2. You call him out on it and ask him to prove it.
3. You make claim.
4. I call you out.
5. You state that the burden is on the accuser.

Ok, if the burden is on the accuser, then prove that UB's claim is false.

So which is it? Is the burden on the accuser or the claimant?

Answer the simple question. Is the burden on the accuser or the claimant. Then we go from there. Baby steps.

And willfully dishonest or just ignorant. For all we know that was the last or only or one of 10 weeks.

No. Not true. Why do you not think it possible his deductions are consistent throughout the year? What evidence do you have to support your assertion?

And willfully dishonest or just ignorant. For all we know that was the last or only or one of 10 weeks.
Gin, you should go to HR and claim 1 for withholdings on your next check. Find a minority and have him claim 10 on his next check. Post pictures of both checks.

We can then all argue why a white man pays much higher taxes than minorities.

And willfully dishonest or just ignorant. For all we know that was the last or only or one of 10 weeks.

For all we know it isnt his check stub. Nor his wife's size 8 clothing.

Why assume anything is real coming from a proven liar on the internet?

Says the proven liar from the internet.

Come to think of it. Aren't we all? And what's funny is you clowns honestly really care about it so deeply that you extend the conversation for months beyond its origination. Sad, so very sad.
